Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the trade copying software, services, and web applications provided by TradeKlon ("TradeKlon", "we", "us", or "our") at tradeklon.com and app.tradeklon.com.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading the NinjaTrader 8 add-on, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our software or platform.
2. Nature of Software & Non-Financial Advice
Technical Tool Only: TradeKlon is strictly a technical software tool designed to replicate orders and manage trade executions between accounts owned and operated by the same user. TradeKlon is NOT a broker, financial advisor, asset manager, or investment platform. We do not provide trading signals, advice, recommendations, or financial services of any kind.
3. Own Accounts Only & Prop Firm Compliance
You expressly agree to use TradeKlon solely with accounts that you legally own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to manage. You acknowledge that:
- Each proprietary trading firm ("prop firm") or broker maintains its own independent rules regarding trade copiers, risk thresholds, and permitted trading behaviors.
- It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of trade copiers complies with the terms and conditions of your chosen brokers and prop firms (such as Apex Trader Funding, Topstep, Lucid, Tradeify, TakeProfitTrader, MyFundedFutures, etc.).
- TradeKlon is not liable for account suspensions, disqualified evaluations, rule breaches, or forfeited payouts resulting from your broker or prop firm agreements.
4. Risk of Loss & Disclaimer of Warranties
Futures and leveraged financial derivatives trading involve substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every investor. You acknowledge and accept that:
- Internet connectivity drops, power interruptions, hardware faults, market volatility, broker API outages, exchange delays, or slippage may affect execution timing and fill prices.
- While TradeKlon incorporates advanced protection systems (such as Guardian, automated brackets, and daily loss safeguards), the software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
- Under no circumstances shall TradeKlon or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential trading losses or lost profits arising from the use of the software.
5. Licenses, Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions (such as Pro or Premium plans) are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled prior to the billing renewal date.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account management panel or by contacting support. Cancellation halts future billing cycles.
- Software licenses are non-transferable without express administrative approval and are bound by fair-use machine activation limits.
