- Account Information: Your email address, chosen username, name, country, and cryptographically hashed passwords.
- Authentication Data: If you sign in using third-party services like Google OAuth, we receive basic identity information (your verified email address, name, and profile picture URL) as authorized by your permissions.
- Platform & Connection Data: NinjaTrader machine identifiers, bridge connection status, IP addresses, and account numbers necessary for routing replication. Sensitive broker tokens are strongly encrypted at rest with AES-256.
- Trading Activity & Fills: Execution records, order IDs, fill prices, quantities, and realized/unrealized PnL data received from your connected accounts solely to calculate performance, enforce user-defined risk protections (daily loss limits), and generate trade performance reports.
2. Google User Data & Limited Use Policy
Google API Services User Data Policy: TradeKlon's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access your basic profile information (email and name) to authenticate your account. We never use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell or transfer this information to third parties.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information exclusively to:
- Provide, maintain, and execute trade replication between your designated accounts.
- Enforce safety limits and risk management rules (Guardian, emergency flatten, daily loss limits).
- Send transactional notifications, such as login verification codes, password resets, and optional real-time Telegram trade alerts.
- Prevent fraud, abusive multi-account trials, and unauthorized software usage.
4. Data Protection & Security
We implement enterprise-standard security measures to safeguard your information:
- All transmissions between your browser, desktop add-on, and our servers are encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
- Sensitive credentials and connection secrets are encrypted at rest using industry-grade cryptography (AES-256).
- We do not store your broker account passwords. Connections use tokenized broker APIs or local NinjaTrader add-on bridges.
- We never sell, rent, or monetize your personal or trading information with third parties.
5. Your Rights and Data Deletion
You retain full rights to your data:
- You may access, update, or correct your profile information at any time from your account settings.
